  5. I speak Gods Word aloud. I quote Jesus as when he said to devil, It Is Written, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 I do suffer from depression and have for years. It could be my age or it could be a chemical imbalance? As a retired medical professional I realize I need to take care of my mental and physical health. I take an alternative medication called SAMex6 which is high in Vitamin B6 and 12.

  7. The bible says that “whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth is loosed in heaven. Si, I bind depression and fear and loose joy. Then I speak out the scriptures that pertain to joy in the word of God.
The two following posts are some other spritual warfare for depression and fear that I posted on my blog..

When I am feelingoverwhelmed, depressed, or down I refer to these Bible verses: Romans 8:28, Psalm 23, Psalm 34, Psalm 91 and there is a scripture I like in Lamentations about God's faithfulness is new every morning. Also, there are a couple of favorites in Isaiah. Something about He knows the plans for us, for good not evil. Might have it quoted wrong.

  9. This really got me thinking, it was hard to narrow it down, managed it though http://llmcalling.blogspot.com/2012/02/bible-verses-that-help-with-depression.html

  10. My favorite verses to read when I’m down is Deuteronomy 28:1-14 how blessed I am and that the Lord is on my side always.
