Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2017!
I'm excited to see what this year and God has in store for me. Last year was a pretty good year, minus a few bad things. In the past, I would always be one of those people that couldn't wait for a year to end if anything bad happened and looked forward to a new year with only good things to happen...of course that's not how life works - it's never always just 'good' things that happen.
Each year is and will probably continue to be full of ups and downs. But now I have a different perspective and it makes going into a new year even more exciting because I know that no matter what comes my way, I CHOOSE my attitude and how I react to every situation - good and bad. (Sadly, it took me quite awhile to 'grow up' and realize this!)
Here we go, bring it 2017!
